  • What is your return policy?
    Custom hats are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. For any patches only or pre-built hats: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the item in order to be eligible for a refund. The costs of return shipping will be your responsibility. The product must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you first received it. We will examine your item after it is delivered to us before processing your return. The original payment method that you used to make the transaction will get a refund of the purchased amount. Refunds for credit card payments could take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. You will not be entitled to a refund if the product is flawed in any manner or if you initiated the return process more than 30 days after the product was delivered. For return instructions or if you have any other queries, please get in touch with our support team.
  • Can you embroider something on my hat?
    Unfortunately no... We don't have an embroidery machine in house....yet.
  • My order was incorrect; what should I do?
    If in the off chance we made a mistake on your order, I want to personally apologize right away! Being merely human, we occasionally make mistakes. Give us the chance to make things right before cutting ties with us! You can reach us by calling or texting the number at the bottom of the page. We'll take care of you right away!
  • How does the  custom ordering process work? 
    Glad you asked! Just pick your patch and hat, then simply add them both to your cart. Yes, we will attach the patch for you!
  • What if I didn't receive a confirmation?
    Confirmations are sent through your email. Check to see if you have the email. If you don't have the email just shoot a message to the number at the bottom of this page.
  • Can I buy just a patch/hat?
    We do give you the option to purchase a patch only, however as of now we do not fulfill any orders that do not have a patch.(You can special request your patch to not be placed on the hat if you wish to apply your patch yourself)
  • I have a patch that I want you too put on, can you do that ?
    We are not currently offering this option, but we are considering it for the future.
  • What if my cart contains more than one hat or patch?
    To know which patch goes on which hat, we need you to let us know by navigating to your cart and clicking the text that reads, "Add a note to your order,".  If you forget to leave a note, don't worry; we will get in touch with you.
  • How long does it take to deliver a custom order?
    Custom orders typically leave the warehouse in 4-5 business days. Due to a variety of factors, it is challenging for us to provide you with an exact timeline for when your shipment will be delivered.
